I not only write car dealership stories, I also write tales of my life in vignettes and songs. Soon, I will publish a collection of the stories, to be called Blivetbag Reading Material.
And, like I said, I write songs and play music. I play mandolin and guitar and sing. I am lucky to be able to have played with numerous bands over the last fifty years. And currently I play in a few different band projects.

William Mylar– I play mandolin and do a bit of back up singing with Bill Mylar’s famed Hippie Hour Series. The rotating cast of musicians and Sacramento area venues include many of the finest musicians anywhere playing from Bill’s huge catalogue of songs from oldies to recent hits and a slew of his own creations.
The Vintage Find- I Play mandolin and sing in this Americana band. we do mostly original music including a few of my tunes and have been impressing a lot of people at the various venues and festivals we have played in the last couple of years.
Side-Wheeler String Band– This is my bluegrass/Americana/Folk band- I play mandolin and occasionally guitar and sing with a quartet of the finest musicians around. We play a mix of originals, covers, and traditional tunes. And we have a blast!
Brother Aaron and the Love Handles– I play some mandolin with this cover band. We do hits from the past and near past.
